What if I am not sure about the guest names?
Missing guest names should be filled in as TBD and it will also reflect on itinerary of stay as TBD, please keep in mind that we will not be able to provide you with the hotel confirmation numbers for the missing guest names until we receive them because the guest names should be in the hotel system in order to acquire their confirmations.
Can I make changes to this reservation?
Yes, you can change the reservation details, add rooms or cancel rooms or change dates and you can even change all of the guest names till 14 days prior to check in date.
What is the next step after I submit this booking forms?
Once we receive your booking forms you will receive a booking summary email, invoice reflecting the collected deposit on the same day and You will receive your itinerary of stay reflecting your reservation details within the next 2 business days.
Will the room rate change if I decided to add extra rooms?
Its not guaranteed that adding more rooms will not add to the cost of the extra rooms rate. However, we recommend that you book the maximum number of rooms that you may require since its always easier to cancel than to add.
When do I receive the hotel confirmation numbers?
Once reservation reflects on hotel system, we will send you the confirmation numbers right away.
